What are chanted prayers?
Chanted meditations take place in Vajrapani Centre daily. Known as “Pujas” they follow a range of Buddhist prayer booklets prepared by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.
Engaging in Puja is a very special method to come closer to our Spiritual Guide, purify negative minds, accumulate merit and receive powerful blessings. Puja can help protect our mind from day to day problems and is an essential preparation for daily meditation.
Everyone is welcome, although morning sessions are only open to HYT practitioners.
There is no fee.
