During retreat, we temporarily withdraw from our usual routines and activities and learn how to relax and develop peaceful, positive minds through meditation.
In this way we create space in our mind and develop a fresh perspective on life.
There is opportunity in Januray for you to engage in retreat with others. The retreat will start on the 7th and finish on the 27th. Term restarts on the 4th February 2008.
In four sessions each day of the retreat we cover practises from The New 21 Meditation Handbook. The more sessions you can attend, the richer your experience of the retreat will be. Drop-in - no need to book.
